The Victorian government has released the details for it's roadmap out of lockdown, with the state to hit its 70 per cent vaccination target several days ahead of schedule. It comes after Victoria recorded one-thousand- 838 new local COVID-19 cases and seven more deaths. The rules for regional Victoria will be slightly different.
