The Ocean Cleanup Foundation was founded by a young Dutch boy, almost a decade ago when 18-year-old Boyan Slat announced that he had a plan to make the world's oceans plastic free. And now Slat is 27 years old. He started their work, making the oceans plastic-free.

Ocean Cleanup Foundation की स्थापना एक युवा डच लड़के ने की थी, लगभग 1 दशक पहले यानी 18 साल के Boyan Slat ने घोषणा की थी कि उनके पास दुनिया के महासागरों को Plastic Free बनाने का एक प्लान है।और अब जब सलैट 27 साल के हो गए हैं तो वो अपने काम यानी दुनियाभर के महासागरों को प्लास्टिक मुक्त बनाने में जी-जान से जुट गए हैं।
