NSW records 399 new cases as regional travel is delayed

Cases in NSW remain stable, with 399 new locally-acquired infections and four deaths recorded. The seven-day case average stands at 458 and New South Wales isn't far off from it's next vaccine target. Almost 78 per cent of the 16-plus population has been fully vaccinated. While just over 91 per cent have received their first dose.
