India aware of Bhutan-China boundary negotiations: MEA

Bhutan and China reportedly signed an MoU on "the three-step roadmap for expediting the Bhutan-China boundary negotiations.”
Speaking on it, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi on October 14 said, “We have noted the development. We are aware that they have been holding boundary negotiations.”
