'Birthday girl's incredibly cute reaction to finding out her parents got her a puppy'

'The delightful moment a young girl found out that she was finally getting a puppy for her birthday, was caught on camera on October 8, 2018.
Wholesome footage shows the birthday girl screaming with excitement on seeing photos of her new pet, before tearing up.
"My daughter had been asking for a puppy for years but due to our lives being very busy, we always had to say 'No' to her," the filmer and the girl's mom, Jessica West revealed. "So for about 3 months leading up to her birthday, I coordinated getting the puppy that was shown to her in the video."
Jessica further added that the puppy was still out of state by the time her daughter's birthday came around; that's why the surprise comprised just the photo of the pet and not the actual being itself.
