Ashish Misra has been sent to 3-day police remand with conditions, said prosecution advocate SP Yadav. Ashish Misra will be in police custody from 10 am on October 12 till 10 am on October 15. Ashish's lawyer said his client was questioned for 12 hours straight and that he didn't dodge any questions posed by the police during interrogation. Watch the video.
