Special NDPS Court to hear Aryan Khan’s bail plea on Wednesday

A special NDPS court in Mumbai will hear bail pleas of cruise drugs case accused Aryan Khan and others on October 13.
Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde on October 11, said, “It is natural that if bail application is rejected by a court, we have moved to the higher court. We have filed the bail application here (Speacial NDPS court in Mumbai).”
On October 02, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) team busted an alleged drugs party on the Cordelia Cruise ship which was on its way to Goa at mid-sea. Eight persons including Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested.
A Mumbai Magistrate court had on October 07 sent Aryan and seven others to judicial custody for 14 days. His bail plea was denied by a Mumbai Court on October 08.
