SIT questioned Ashish Mishra, the main accused of the Lakhimpur case, for 12 hours. Ashish brought many video clips with him but couldn't prove himself innocent as he could not answer many of the 40 questions of the police. He was arrested at 11 pm. After the arrest, Ashish was presented at the house of Judge Diksha Bharti in the night from where he was sent in judicial custody.
