Rangoli पूरे देश में लोकप्रिय है और अलग-अलग राज्यों में अलग-अलग नामों से जानी जाती है. वास्तव में भारत के प्रत्येक राज्यों में रंगोली की अपनी ही शैली है, Odisha में इस Folk Art को Jhoti नाम से जाता है। इस लोक कला 'झोटी' को पुनर्जीवित करने और महिलाओं को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए, Odisha Lalit Kala Akademi ने Koraput जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग से एक गांव में Jhoti competition का आयोजन किया।
