Chapli Kabab with Chutney:
Ingredients:
Chapli kabab (chicken) 1 packet
Tomatoes (chopped) 250 gm
Black caraway ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Curry leaves 4
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Green chilies 5-6
Fresh coriander 4 tbsp
Oil as required
Pomegranate seeds 4 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry the chapli kabab. Then remove and set aside. Now grind tomatoes and Pomegranate seeds add to the hot oil. Then add black caraway, red chili powder, curry leaves, salt, cumin, ginger garlic and turmeric powder. Cook well. Now place fried kabab and add prepared sauce. Lastly add coriander and green chilies. Serve hot.
Mutton Piyazi:
Ingredients:
Mutton (boiled) ½ kg
Tomatoes ½ kg
Onions ½ kg
Ginger, Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
All spice Powder 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Green Chilies 10
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Coriander Leaves as required
Stock 1 cup
Lemon Juices 2 tbsp
Method:
In a pan, heat oil adds ginger garlic paste, mutton and fry till golden brown.
Add tomatoes, all spice powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, salt, black pepper, stock and cover it until water dries. In the end, add green chilies, onions and little fry for simmer. Add lemon juice and serve it.
