भाद्रपद की पूर्णिमा अर्थात 20 सितंबर 2021 से अश्‍विन माह की अमावस्या अर्थात 6 अक्टूबर तक श्राद्ध पक्ष रहेगा। पितृ पक्ष श्राद्ध में तर्पण, पिंडदान और पूजन करना के एक निश्‍चित समय होता है। सर्वपितृ अमावस्या पर आप श्राद्ध करने जा रहे हैं तो जा‍न लीजिये कि श्राद्ध करने का उचित समय क्या है। शास्त्रों के अनुसार कुतुप, रोहिणी और अभिजीत काल में श्राद्ध करना चाहिए। यही श्राद्ध करने का सही समय है। 2. कुतुप काल दिन के 11:30 बजे से 12:30 के मध्य का समय होता है। वैसे 'कुतुप बेला' दिन का आठवां मुहुर्त होता है। पाप का शमन करने के कारण इसे 'कुतुप' कहा गया है। 3. अभिजीत मुहूर्त भी उपरोक्त काल के मध्य का समय ही होता है। हालांकि सर्वपितृ अमावस्या पर अभिजीत मुहूर्त नहीं है। 4. रोहिणी काल अर्थात रोहिणी नक्षत्र काल के दौरान श्राद्ध किया जा सकता है। सर्वपितृ अमावस्या पर हस्त नक्षत्र रहेगा। 5. सर्वपितृ अमावस्या पर उचित समय में श्राद्ध करने से लाभ मिलता है। अग्नि पुराण अनुसार प्रात:काल देवताओं का पूजन होता है और मध्याह्न में पितरों का, जिसे 'कुतुप काल' कहते हैं। यानी श्राद्ध का समय तब होता है जब सूर्य की छाया पैरों पर पड़ने लगे। मध्याह्न काल श्राद्ध कर्म के लिए सबसे उपयुक्त है।

From the full moon of Bhadrapada i.e. 20th September 2021 till the new moon of Ashwin month i.e. till 6th October, Shradh Paksha will be there. In Pitru Paksha Shradh, there is a fixed time for performing Tarpan, Pind Daan and Puja. If you are going to perform Shradh on Sarvapitri Amavasya, then know what is the proper time to perform Shradh.According to the scriptures, Shradh should be done in the period of Qutup, Rohini and Abhijit. This is the right time to perform Shradh . 2. Qutup Kaal is the time between 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. By the way, 'Kutup Bela' is the eighth Muhurta of the day. Because of the mitigation of sin, it is called 'Kutup'. 3. Abhijit Muhurta is also the time in the middle of the above period. However, there is no Abhijeet Muhurta on Sarvapitri Amavasya. 4. Shradh can be performed during Rohini Kaal i.e. Rohini Nakshatra period. Hasta Nakshatra will remain on Sarvapitri Amavasya
