Victoria has reported 1,763 locally acquired COVID cases – that is the highest number recorded by an Australian jurisdiction in a day. Victoria also recorded four more COVID-related deaths. More than 82 per cent of eligible Victorians have had their first dose, almost 53 per cent are fully vaccinated.
