Vic. construction workers return to work in lockdown areas

Construction sites are reopening across locked down areas in Victoria after a two-week shutdown. CEO of the Master Builders Association of Victoria, Rebecca Casson, says it's important the industry remains open and isn't shut again if individual businesses or people fail to comply with COVID rules.
