Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 2 tbsp
Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1 cup

Oats Chilla preparation - 1 person
Oats premix (ओट्स प्रीमिक्स) - 2 to 3 tbsp
Onion (प्याज) - 1 tbsp
Tomato (टमाटर) - 1 tbsp
Ginger (अदरक) - 1 tbsp
Mint leaves / Pudina (पुदीना) - 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander (ताजा धनिया) - some
Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) - 1 tbsp
Rock Salt (सेंधा नमक) - as per taste
Olive Oil (जैतून का तेल) - ½ tsp
Olive Oil (जैतून का तेल) - 1 to 2 tbsp (for frying)
