A traffic police sat on a car’s bonnet to stop the vehicle for breaking traffic rules in Mumbai on September 30. Instead of stopping the car, driver dragged the cop for one kilometre. The video is doing rounds on social media. The case has been registered under the relevant sections of IPC.
