PNP Chief tells politicians, supporters: Avoid 'fiesta-like' COC filing

Amid the prevailing coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, the leadership of the Philippine National Police (PNP) appealed to politicians and their supporters Friday, October 1, to avoid rallies and other forms of mass gathering in the entire duration of the filing of Certificate of Candidacy (COC) which could be a potential superspreader event.
