That's the bleak assessment of one doctor about the plans being developed for the new Women's and Children's Hospital. A survey obtained by ABC News ... reveals nearly three quarters of respondents were either dissatisfied or extremely dissatisfied with consultation for the project... but the state government says it is taking feedback on board.
