Team India captain Virat Kohli has decided to leave the captaincy of this format after the ICC T20 World Cup. Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, KL Rahul are being named among the contenders for the new captain. Meanwhile, India's great batsman Sunil Gavaskar has advocated for making Rohit the next captain. He has said that Rohit should be handed over the command of Team India for the next two T20 World Cups.
