Watchdog charges Vic. Health Dept over hotel quarantine program

Worksafe has charged Victoria's Health Department over the state's original hotel quarantine system which triggered last year's deadly second coronavirus wave. The department faces $95 million in fines and over 58 occupational health and safety breaches. 768 people died in the outbreak.
