Auerbach Center -- Jaylen Brown spoke to reporters at 2021 Celtics Media Day. Brown on his wrist: "I'm feeling good. Some days are better than others. But even on my bad days. I'm feeling good. I don't know about you guys, but I'm excited. I'm ready to go." He also talked about last season saying: "It was tough. Mental engagement. Physical reasons. Injuries. We're excited to go. I'm ready to roll." Jaylen was later asked about vaccination and said "I agree it's a personal decision. I have my own thoughts about it. I respect everyone's personal opinion. Udoka referred to Jaylen and Jayson as pillars of the team and said: "It's a lot of pressure. We're ready to go. We have a championship mentality." Brown said after playing under Ime Udoka on Team USA, that he has "My full attention and my full respect. I'm excited."... "I'm completely bought in. I'm looking forward to this season and being an extension of him on the court." Brown emphasized that "We need to continue to strive to make Boston proud. And we're going to win some games in the meantime."
