'Captivating Scene from the Great Wildebeest Migration (2018)'
'This video showcases the awe-inspiring "Great Wildebeest Migration" that occurs yearly.

Recorded in Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya, this clip features Nancy Yogo filming several zebras and wildebeests as they cross a river during their migration to Masai Mara.

The filmer told us: "The scene you see in this video wasn't taken during a wildlife contest. It was, in fact, recorded during the wildebeest migration that only happens annually and sees millions of wildebeests and zebras migrate from Serengeti to Masai Mara in search of greener pastures. Unfortunately, very few make it back to Serengeti as most of these animals are killed during the migration."

Little do the migrators know that a threat is constantly looming over as they cross the river. The threat being referred to here is a crocodile that can be partially seen in this clip. Over the course of this video, the reptile doesn't launch an attack but one can tell that it is just waiting for a perfect opportunity to lay waste to the zebras and wildebeests.
