Four days are left to the end of month September. But rain continues to lashes several parts of India like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Jaipur. Earlier, Monsoon ends around 15-20 September. But it remains active till last September and it is expected to end by 10 October. Monsoon withdrawals are delayed around India.
