Today we will be looking at Borat Subsequent Moviefilm also known as Borat 2. It’s a satirical mockumentary film, meaning it’s a satirical documentary that blends unscripted interactions and acting to tell a story. Basically, we have a pretty unique concept there, the performers go out in the real world in character to interact with them. Mostly to sort of prank people into exposing themselves in order to have an authentic look at the problems using current events.
Borat does exactly that, and in this one, the current affair is the lockdown due to Covid 19. The movie is directed by Jason Woliner, while starring Sacha Baron Cohen as the main character, he is the satire genius behind the main character Borat.
