PM Modi, President Biden hold first in-person bilateral talks

Ahead of Quad Leaders’ Summit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Joe Biden held talks on a wide range of issues at the White House on September 24 (IST). This was the first in-person meeting between the two leaders after Biden took over as the US President on January 20. Prime Minister Modi, who is on a three-day visit to the US, also held delegation-level talks with US Vice President Kamala Harris. He will address the 76th United Nations General Assembly on September 25.
