The most exciting match of this IPL played on the night of 21 September was played between Punjab Kings and Rajasthan Royals, in which Rajasthan Royals came back strongly in the last 2 overs and won this match by 2 runs. Last time when these two teams clashed, even then the match went till the last ball in which Punjab defeated Rajasthan by 4 runs. But now coach Anil Kumble is looking very disappointed with Punjab Kings' habit of losing matches while winning continuously.

21 सितम्बर की रात को खेला गया इस आईपीएल का सबसे रोमांचक मुकाबला पंजाब किंग्स और राजस्थान रॉयल्स के बीच खेला था जिसमे राजस्थान रॉयल्स ने आखिरी 2 ओवर्स में ज़बरदस्त वापसी करते हुए 2 रनों से इस मुकाबले को अपने नाम किया। पिछली बार जब ये दोनों टीमें आपस में टकराई थी तब भी मुकाबला आखिरी गेंद तक गया था जिसमे पंजाब ने राजस्थान को 4 रनों शिकस्त दी थी। मगर अब पंजाब किंग्स की लगातार जीतते हुए मैच को हार जाने की आदत से कोच अनिल कुंबले काफी निराश दिखाई दे रहे है।
