Insurers record least complaints over services

People are not complaining about the insurance industry. Well, at least not as much as they do about other sectors. That's according to PwC's SA Insurance Sentiment Index. It looked at negative conversations on social media across a wide range of industries. In terms of customer experience the sector did better than the retail, telecom, and banking sectors. When people do complain, it's mainly about turnaround time of claims. Courtesy #DStv403
