CT residents call for water tariff cut

The City of Cape Town says it's aware the COVID-19 pandemic has placed extra burden on communities and many of them are struggling. It's implemented relief programmes for the most vulnerable. This after residents called for reduced water tariffs. They’re claiming that the City’s dams are at over a hundred percent capacity and city officials should hold off on the 5 percent tariff increase. Courtesy #DStv403
