Rubina Dilaik’s Show ‘Shakti’ Finally Wraps Up After 5 Years
Rubina Dilaik became Nation's favourite when she chose to do a tough and unique role in Colors TV 'Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki'. The show started in 2016 and for the last five years, it was entertaining the audience. Finally, the show has wrapped up its shoot and an emotional Rubina penned a special note on the occasion.
Sharing a photo with the team of the show, she wrote, "Its a new beginning for such a beautiful end……. #shakti and Saumya will always be the most cherished memories in the chapters of my life …… thank you Rashmi for all your unwavering faith in me and Colors tv for such a historical opportunity and a big thank you to our audience for embracing us for 5+years.”

It is reported that the last episode of the show will be telecast in the first week of October. Salman Khan's hosted show Bigg Boss 15 will replace it.
The show that started on 30th May 2016 on Colors TV starred Rubina Dilaik, Kamya Punjabi, Vivian Dsena, Cezanne Khan and Jigyasa Singh. Rubina played the role of a transgender in the show and she was applauded for her fabulous performance.
On the work front, Rubina is all set to make her Bollywood debut with the film 'Ardh'. The story, written and directed by Palaash Muchhal, is of a man who hails from Mumbai and wants to become an actor. The film also features Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Rajpal Yadav and Hiten Tejwani.
