I am interested to score runs, Not Captaincy: BABAR AZAM
  • 3 years ago
Star batsman Babar Azam has said that he is not someone who gets intrigued by the idea of being the captain as he backed Sarfaraz Ahmed to retain his job, Pak Passion reported. While Pakistan as a team struggled at the recently held World Cup 2019, Azam had a stellar tournament at an individual level, finishing with 474 runs. His exploits have seen him touted as a potential successor to incumbent skipper Sarfaraz. However, Azam does not appear to fancy the gig, although he hasn't ruled himself out of the running either.
