India was moving slowly towards the target, Rabada struck again in the 32nd over to send back KL Rahul (26) after his 85-run stand for the third wicket with Rohit Sharma. But MS Dhoni supported Sharma well to pull off a solid win for India. Earlier, a late show by Chris Morris and Rabada guided South Africa from 158/7 to a challenging 227/9 after they opted to bat. While Morris scored 42 off 34 balls, Rabada remained unbeaten on 31. For India, leg-spinner Chahal remained the highest wicket-taker finishing with 4/41 while Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar two wickets each.
