Gauteng Premier David Makhura is in Soweto this morning to oversee an O Kae Molao operation. He'll be joined by the Gauteng Community Safety MEC, Faith Mazibuko. Authorities are hoping to visit hotspots and crackdown on offenders. Courtesy #DStv403
