Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament BK Hari Prasad on Thursday made the shocking claim and said, “Mr Ravi Shankar Prasad should clarify whether there is any match-fixing between Pakistan and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, without their knowledge this Pulwama incident would not have taken place.
