*आलू-(Potato)1n
*शिमला मिर्च(Capsicum) -1n
*प्याज़(Onion) -1n
*लहसुन(Garlic) -8cloves
*टोमेटो सॉस(ketchup) -1tbsp
*सोया सॉस (soy souce) -1tsp
*चिली सॉस(chili souce) -1tsp
*कॉर्न फ़्लोर/ (maida/rice flour) -2tbsp
*तेल(oil) -2tbsp +frying
*हरी मिर्च(green chili) -3
*अदरक(ginger) 1inch
*टमाटर (tomato) -1
*हरा धनिया(green coriander leaves) -1tbsp
*गरम मसाला(whole spice powder) -1/2tsp
*नमक-(salt) -as per taste
*पानी ( Water) -as required
