Responding to reports that late Assamese singer Bhupen Hazarika’s son Tez Hazarika has refused to accept Bharat Ratna on behalf of his father over the Citizenship Bill row, former’s brother Samar Hazarika has said that it was up to Tez to decide whether to accept the honour or not.
