Mumbai: 26/11 Victims Stories: Devika Rotawan was the youngest girl and victim to witnessed the 26/11 terror attack. 10 years back she was 9 years old, who was shot by Kasab in her leg at CST railway station. She narrates the terror that happen that night and still feels the pain that was given by Kasab that night.
