Reaction to alert level 2 move

It comes as local government elections draw near. There were concerns about the efficacy of campaigning under lockdown restrictions. In KZN, there's also the added pressure of a resurgence of political killings. More reaction coming in to the news that we've moved to adjusted level 2 of the lockdown. Courtesy #DStv403
