Parties able to campaign under alert level two

The decision to move South Africa to adjusted level two has been widely welcomed. President Cyril Ramaphosa announcing last night that he's comfortable with easing lockdown restrictions. This means, political parties won't be too constrained when it comes to campaigning for the November first local government elections. Gatherings may now be attended by a maximum of 250 people indoors, and 500 outdoors. Political analyst Dirk Kotze says this will come with some advantages for the parties. Courtesy #DStv403
