Victoria records highest daily tally of current outbreak with 334 local cases

Victoria has recorded its worst day of the current outbreak so far, with 334 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19, and one coronavirus death – a man in his 70s who was unvaccinated. Victoria’s COVID-19 Response Commander, Jeroen Weimar, says there is still hope Victoria can manage the outbreak.
