India's squad for the T20 World Cup has been announced on the night of Wednesday 8 September. More than the players being selected in this team, people are surprised and happy to have Mahendra Singh Dhoni back in this team. The BCCI has surprised everyone by choosing Dhoni as a mentor in the Indian team and Dhoni also agrees with this decision. BCCI believes that Dhoni's experience can be useful for India in the World Cup. Former India batsman Gautam Gambhir has also issued his statement on Dhoni's appointment as a mentor.

टी20 विश्व कप के लिए भारत की टीम की घोषणा बुधवार 8 सितम्बर की रात को कर दी गई है। इस टीम में चुने जाने वाले खिलाड़ियों से ज़्यादा हैरानी और ख़ुशी लोगों को महेंद्र सिंह धोनी का इस टीम में वापस जुड़ने का है। BCCI ने सभी को हैरान करते हुए धोनी को बतौर मेंटर भारतीय टीम में चुना है और धोनी भी इस फैसले से सहमत है। BCCI का ये मानना है की धोनी का अनुभव भारत के लिए विश्व कप में काम आ सकता है। धोनी के मेंटर चुने जाने पर भारत के पूर्व बल्लेबाज़ गौतम गंभीर ने भी अपना बयान जारी किया है।
