Allahabad High Court has given a big verdict in the Gyanvapi Masjid case. The High Court has stayed the ASI survey in the Gyanvapi Masjid premises. The court has stayed the 8 April judgment of the Varanasi Civil Court. Earlier, the civil court had ordered an ASI survey to investigate the mosque premises. Against this order, a demand was made by the UP Sunni Central Waqf Board and the Masjid Committee to ban the survey.

Allahabad High Court ने Gyanvapi Masjid case में बड़ा फैसला दिया है. हाईकोर्ट ने ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद परिसर में ASI survey पर रोक लगा दी है. कोर्ट ने वाराणसी सिविल कोर्ट के 8 अप्रैल के फैसले पर रोक लगा दी है. इससे पहले Varanasi Civil Court ने मस्जिद परिसर की जांच के लिए एएसआई सर्वेक्षण का आदेश पारित किया था. इस आदेश के खिलाफ यूपी सुन्नी सेंट्रल वक्फ बोर्ड और मस्जिद कमेटी की ओर से सर्वेक्षण पर रोक लगाए जाने की मांग की गई थी.
