Survivors recount 9/11 attacks ahead of 20th anniversary

The world marks the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks in two days. Four US commercial aircraft were hijacked on September 11th, 2001 which was orchestrated by Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.

The planes crashed into two towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, the Pentagon in Washington DC, and a field in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people.
