Magpies living around a suburban street in Sydney's lower north shore will be culled following a spate of swooping attacks.

A 'Licence to Harm' has been granted to Lane Cove Council by the National Parks and Wildlife Service to kill the birds. Residents are scared and do not know how to deail with this native bird.
