Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved the increase in the Minimum Support Prices (MSP) for all mandated Rabi crops for Rabi Marketing Season 2022-23. In the recent cabinet meeting held, PM has announced the highest increase of 8.6 percent in the prices of mustard. Center has increased MSP on 6 Rabi crops. There has been an increase of Rs 40 per quintal on wheat, while there is an increase of Rs 130 per quintal on the gram. At the same time, the government has increased the MSP of lentils and mustard by Rs 400 per quintal.
