Video released by the Taliban shows the militants raising their flag outside the governor's office in the capital of Panjshir province, the last major holdout since Kabul fell in August. The Taliban say they've captured the mountain valley where anti-Taliban militia and remnants of the regular Afghan army and special forces have been holding out. Afghanistan के Panjshir में Taliban और Ahmad Massoud की फौज के बीच आर-पार की जंग चल रही है. पंजशीर में तालिबान ने जीत का दावा किया है तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ पंजशीर के शेर कहे जाने वाले अहमद मसूद ने तालिबान के दावे को सिरे से खारिज किया है. तो ऐसे में सवाल ये उठ रहा है कि आखिर पंजशीर में कौन जीत रहा है. क्योंकि दोनों के अपने-अपने दावों से पंजशीर में भ्रम की स्थिति बनी हुई है.
