Saira Banu Discharged From Hospital; Akshay Kumar Flies To Mumbai From UK, Reportedly Due To Mother’s Ill Health

Saira Banu who was admitted to Mumbai's Hinduja Hospital on August 28 was discharged recently. The veteran actor was hospitalised after she complained of breathlessness and other complications such as high blood pressure and high sugar. The 77-year-old actor’s family friend Faisal Farooqui shared an update on her health on his verified Twitter profile. He said that the Saira Banu is doing well. Akshay Kumar, who was in the UK for about a month, flew back to India on September 6. The actor was spotted at the Mumbai airport. Reportedly, Akshay returned to India due to his mother Aruna Bhatia's deteriorating health condition. Many news reports said that the actor’s mother has been unwell and she is currently in the ICU at Mumbai's Hiranandani Hospital. Watch the video to know more.
