Monsoons wreak havoc once again in Uttarakhand. A cloud burst was reported in Chamoli district, landslides are reported in several areas of Uttarakhand leading to road blockage. The MET department has warned of heavy to very heavy rainfall. Meanwhile, flash floods due to heavy rainfall hit the state.
