Victoria is racing to reach 70 percent first dose vaccinations and looks on track to reach that point earlier than expected. Just over 60 percent of the eligible population has had one dose. Premier Daniel Andrews has expressed frustration at New South Wales receiving doses that were initially allocated to Victoria.
