Taliban claims to have captured Panjshir, released pictures of armed Talibani fighters standing outside the governor's office. According to sources, Amrulla Saleh is in Panjshir and he is safe at an unknown place. A close aide of Amrullah Saleh called the Taliban's claim of capturing Panjshir false.
