Clashes erupted between the Taliban and the National Resistance Front in Afghanistan. As per local reports, the clashes reportedly took place in parts of Panjshir province, Jabal Saraj district of Parwan province, Khawak Panjshir, and Andarb districts of Baghlan province. It is yet to be ascertained if there were any casualties in the clashes. However, the Northern Alliance claimed the Taliban had 350 casualties and more than 40 were captured and prisoned.
