MCA’s president Wee Ka Siong has returned as Transport Minister, and one of his first moves in office is to order an extension of the deadline for motorists to renew their driving licence and road tax until December 31st.
This means motorists can continue to use their vehicles with expired licenses until the end of the year without enforcement action taken against them by the authorities.
